You can get a same‑day apostille, but the key detail is what type of document you need apostilled and what the receiving party requires.

Same‑day apostilles are issued based on a scanned copy of your original document. That works perfectly for everyday items like bank statements, copies of IDs or passports, and other standard documents.

However, for documents such as vital records, Certificates of Naturalization, IRS benefit letters, or FBI background checks, a same‑day apostille may not be accepted, especially by authorities in countries like Spain and Italy. If the receiving party specifically requires an apostille from the state where the document was issued, a same‑day service based on a copy will not meet their requirements.

If a company offers same-day turnaround time for a Florida Apostille, be very cautious. It may be possible to get an apostille if you are flying out tomorrow if your flight leaves late in the evening.  Your request must be completed no later than 11am EST, Monday through Friday.  The completed apostille is shipped out and delivered the next day, usually between noon and 3pm.
