HOW TO GET A FAST, NATIONWIDE FBI BACKGROUND CHECK APOSTILLE

Order online, upload your FBI background check or provide fingerprint details, and we handle federal authentication and apostille submission on your behalf. 

Turnaround depends on the package and current federal processing times. Processing times take either 10 business days and 5+ weeks.  See package table for typical ranges; expedited options reduce processing and shipping time. 

Your FBI background check takes approximately 24 to 72 hours to be completed and sent to you via email after your fingerprints have been submitted.  

The Expedited Federal apostille takes 10 business days plus 2 business days for shipping.  The US Department of State does not accept apostille requests on Fridays, therefore Fridays are not counted as a business day.  

The certified PDF is acceptable. We verify destination requirements and will request originals only if required, which is rare. 

Yes, however, we prefer you upload the PDF report through our secure portal rather than sending us your file and password. 

Yes. International shipping is available; costs vary by destination and speed. We provide exact shipping options and prices before finalizing your order. 

Hague Convention countries accept an apostille. For non‑Hague countries, additional legalization will be required; we advise based on your destination. 

If you receive a rejection letter, and the rejection is due to poor fingerprint quality or Live Scan data entry error, you must return to the original location to have them re-do your fingerprints at no charge to you.  If the rejection was due to your error, a re-submission fee will apply.
