Yes!  You will need a valid ID such as a State level driver's license, or a US passport.

Your FBI background check takes approximately 24 to 48 hours to be completed and sent to you via email after your fingerprints have been submitted.  

Once you receive your FBI Background check report, you would send that to us via our  secure online form.  Do Not include the password to your report.  That is given to us at a separate time.

You’ll need a copy of your FBI Background Check. This can be a digital PDF copy (if you received your results electronically) or a hard copy.  If you have the hard copy, we will send you a shipping label via email to send your document to us.

 Once your document is apostilled, we’ll ship it back to you via a reliable trackable shipping service such as FedEx or UPS. For U.S. addresses, delivery typically takes just 1 to 2 business days after processing is complete. We’ll send you the tracking details so you’re never left wondering where your documents are. 

Great question! Standard FBI apostille processing can take up to 5 weeks (or more) when done directly through government channels. With our expedited service, you’ll save valuable time and avoid the stress of waiting. Whether you need your apostille for visa applications, international employment, or immigration purposes, we’ll help you meet your deadline. 

Once you have completed your fingerprinting appointment, a refund cannot be given for that portion.  However, a refund can be given for the apostille portion if you decide that the apostille is no longer needed, as long as the apostille service has not been started.  Once the apostille service has started, a refund cannot be given.

If you receive a rejection letter, and the rejection is due to poor fingerprint quality or Live Scan data entry error, you must return to the original location to have them re-do your fingerprints at no charge to you.  If the rejection was due to your error, a re-submission fee of $70.00 will apply.
