 All notary service fees are non-refundable once your document has been notarized. This applies to both in-person and remote online notarizations. We take great care to ensure that each notarization is executed in compliance with state laws and professional standards. If you have any concerns prior to notarization, please address them before the appointment begins. 

 Apostille service fees are non-refundable after your document has been shipped. If your document has not yet been shipped but has already been notarized, either in person or online, a partial refund may be issued, less a $60.00 cancellation fee. Please note that once the apostille processing and shipping has been initiated, no refunds will be granted. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances), and in such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 Translation service fees are non-refundable once the translation process has commenced following payment. We begin work promptly after payment is received to ensure timely delivery, and our linguists dedicate time and resources to each project. If you need to make any changes to your request, please notify us immediately before translation work begins.
