Yes, Remote Online Notarization, A/K/A (RON) is legal and recognized in all US states.  It can also be used to obtain an apostille for use internationally.

Yes, we can provide online witnesses for your document notarization.  If you prefer, you may also provide your own witness at no cost. 

Yes, we can notarize your document even if it is written in a language other than English.  As long as your name appears on the document, it can be notarized in Florida and subsequently apostilled.
